The Anti-Cancer Diet: Foods to Fight Cancer

To reduce your risk of cancer, look no further than your fridge. One of the easiest things for a person touched by cancer to address is their diet. Our view is that diet is most helpful in fighting cancer.

What not to drink: Excessive alcohol: Stop after one drink! Too much tippling is associated with an increased risk of cancers of the mouth, esophagus, and breast.
